The feedbacks that I’ve received from my peers are mostly about me being quiet in class. I am a shy person. Most of my classmates should have realized that. So, I agree on the feedbacks from the peers that I am quiet. I tend to observe than to speak up. I only speak up when I have to. It is hard for me to talk infront of the class. That’s why I never took public speaking class. I also don’t see the point to re-state the same opinion when I agree/share the same opinion with others. I seldom talk in class but that doesn’t mean I don’t contribute to the class. I often put my opinions on the comments of the posts. I admit that I just wanted to learn and understand leadership at the beginning. I was not interested in letting others to understand me. I have always been the one to observe and understand others but not the other way around. I am surprised to see a feedback from a classmate saying that I don’t say a word in class and lack of contribution to the class on a serious level. I believe most of my classmates are active and aggressive since most of them chose the leader group at the beginning of class. I am a passive follower but I do what I have to do. This feedback probably was given at an earlier stage of class. At least I did my job and I tried.
I have learned that I might be quiet but I do give some good ideas and my contribution to the class is acknowledged by my groupmates.
